Program notes

Needless to say, Gamesis a playful work. The titles of the movements tell it all: Checkmate, Table Tennis, Sky Diving, Tour de France, and Trampoline. Half the fun of composing for a brilliant soloist is working that soloist’s personality into the musical ideas. This I did with Games/ Thank you, Carloine, for your enthusiasm and spark.
